in darkness there is wonder you should never be afraid when the sun goes down because we are never alone we have the sky that fills our minds with conplex thoughts  imagination  rebirth happens in this space this is a place of quiet of respite of care it has the promise of a beautiful dawn…

the light within her hands

in her cupped hands closed yet through each line in between  fingers warmth the light shining through  making her hands  appear as if glowing red slowly  she opens her hands revealing the light inside  and it is a gift from somewhere so mysterious  you could say  far off it is a gift she’s given us…

angels

there are some beings they are higher spirits walking among us they are angels and you don’t know it they have no wings but they glow their essence shines brightly  they make people laugh and smile they put people at ease we are sometimes angels whether we know it or not tonight i thank all…

the brilliance of the sun

early morning greet the sun i see your twinkling rays smiling down move across the sky  i move too like a bird in flight circles in the air  i make pictures from clouds warmth and gentleness from the sun glows within my heart the door has opened for  a brilliant day

one day one night

one day the stars looked down on you and gently  kissed your lips it was like watching a pond filled with water where drops from rain all the sudden dropped and rippled out to the banks where water meets earth one night when all the animals slept so peacefully i could hear you walking it…

scent of rain

sweet and heady and full water filling in space until the surfaces the indentations and grooves all the cracks and crags are filled to the brim scent after rain is gentle it lingers and moves in a way  that only it can do mixed with dirt and wind that has died down mixed with plants…

winds of change

swirls the hair into the air it moves and whips up into an invisible tornado keep moving can’t dodge it can’t face it head on without been blown away couldn’t even reach out suddenly burst into fits of laughter  at being pushed by this wind changing direction keep going and you take a different path…

the plants breathe

the water makes things greener opens up the doorways inside this plant’s cells inside  the water accumulates it becomes refreshed it becomes released plant stretches its leaves up to the sky beautiful lushness a leaf that spreads itself out to catch each drop of mist that surrounds these living things these plants its soft cover…
